Farm holiday on Zealand — a campsite with animals

With us the farm holiday is a natural part of the camping experience. Children love feeding the donkeys and watching the little pigs, while the grown-ups enjoy the calm among the animals. An authentic farm campsite in the middle of Zealand with donkeys, goats, rabbits and guinea pigs — used to people and to being looked at.

  • Donkeys and goats
  • Sheep and pot-bellied pigs
  • Rabbits and guinea pigs
  • Free access for guests of the campsite
  • Feeding with the feed we hand out

Donkeys

Donkeys

Our donkeys are curious and calm — they love feeding time and attention from small hands.

Goats

Goats

Five nanny goats live in the goat pen, visited by Henning the billy goat in winter — so the place is full of kids in the summer.

Sheep

Sheep

Our Gotland sheep graze in pens around the campsite and have lambs in the spring. You are welcome to step into the pen.

Pot-bellied pigs

Pot-bellied pigs

Our two pot-bellied pigs, Mary and Gerda, live together in the pig pen and only appear when they hear the feed bucket rattle.

Rabbits and guinea pigs

Rabbits and guinea pigs

The petting animals are tame and used to visitors — perfect for the youngest, who want to get really close.

Feed for the animals

Feed for the animals can be bought in reception for 10 DKK per bucket. All the animals can eat it and they love it when you come by. When you cuddle the rabbits and guinea pigs it is important to be gentle and to sit down on the ground with them. If you are in doubt, bring your parents along — they will love it 🙂
