About us
About Lægårdens Camping — Tina and Henrik Storm
A personally run family campsite in Karise in southern Zealand — since 2001 we have said: it is not a job, it is a way of life.
25 years as a family campsite
In 2001 Inger and Olaf Olsen handed the campsite on to Tina & Henrik Storm, who now run Lægårdens Camping together with their 6 children. As we put it in everyday speech: "It is not a job, it is a way of life."
The campsite was founded back in 1964 and has been owned by the family ever since. We are always working on something new — and in recent years we have taken part of our new service building and our large function room into use.
Farmyard atmosphere and camping
At Lægårdens we have a warm farmyard atmosphere with a mini zoo, where children (and grown-ups) can get close to donkeys, goats, rabbits and guinea pigs. We have room for cosy cabins, classic caravans, tents and seasonal guests — and we care that everyone feels welcome.
Recognition
We are proud to have been named winner of the Camping2be Award 2019 among 3,500 other campsites.
With our very best holiday wishes
– Tina & Henrik Storm
