Frequently asked questions

The questions we are asked most often about tent camping. Still missing an answer? Write or call — we are happy to talk it through.

We have dedicated tent pitches on soft grass in the quiet parts of the site. You choose your pitch together with reception on arrival.

A few tent pitches have electricity. Mention it when you book and we will find you a pitch with a socket nearby.

Disposable and table barbecues are allowed. Open fires may only be lit in the shared fire pit, not by your tent. Please show consideration for your neighbours.

Check-in on a tent pitch is from 2 pm. On the day of departure the pitch must be vacated by 11 am, and payment must be made before 11 am.

Yes, Lægårdens Camping is a campsite on Zealand that is open all year. Tent camping is best in the milder part of the year though — from spring to autumn.

Yes, dogs are welcome. You have access to the dog paddock and the dog trails around the grounds. A dog costs 25 DKK / 3 euro per night.
